We currently looking for someone to join our team as an Accounts Assistant, this is a full time position covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Prepare, examine & analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Bookkeeping for clients of the business
- Preparation of Trust Accounts
- Take responsibility for our company’s financial matters and interests
- Consulting with clients, law firms and business on financial matters/concerns
- General financial, legal and clerical administration
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail on a daily basis
