We currently looking for someone to join our team as an Accounts Assistant, this is a full time position covering maternity leave.  The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Prepare, examine & analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Bookkeeping for clients of the business
  • Preparation of Trust Accounts
  • Take responsibility for our company’s financial matters and interests
  • Consulting with clients, law firms and business on financial matters/concerns
  • General financial, legal and clerical administration
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail on a daily basis
